Returns & Refunds

Approved returns must be requested within 14 days of carrier delivery and received in eligible, resellable condition.

Eligibility

  • Request an approved return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, odor-free, undamaged, and resellable.
  • Keep original tags, labels, return-security seals, packaging, and order proof.
  • Returns require prior approval. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Not eligible

These conditions do not limit remedies for verified defects, wrong items, or rights required by applicable law.

  • Worn, washed, odorous, stained, fragranced, or otherwise used items.
  • Items with missing tags, labels, security seals, or materially missing packaging.
  • Items with cosmetics, pet hair, avoidable garment or print damage, or damage caused by care outside the supplied care card.
  • Items returned after 14 days. Necklaces, caps, and other accessories are final sale unless defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Inspection

Every return is inspected after arrival. If it is not eligible, NØBRK may deny the refund and email the reason to the address used for the order.

  • Within 7 calendar days, choose either to pay the confirmed return-shipping cost for the item to be sent back or to abandon it for NØBRK to handle, donate, or dispose of.
  • Ineligible returns are not refunded, except where required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, no reply within 7 calendar days is treated as abandonment.

Refunds and return shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is verified defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available yet. For size changes, return the eligible item and place a new order.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. Defect or wrong-item claims should include clear photos. If approved, return instructions and the U.S. return address are provided by email.
