Shipping

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 5 business days after payment. Orders are dispatched with tracking and may ship separately. U.S. delivery is estimated at 10 to 15 business days after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

Eligible U.S. orders are offered $9.99 shipping under $100 and free shipping at $100 or more when those rates are available at checkout. Shopify checkout calculates the final shipping charges for your address. If a rate is not shown at checkout, shipping is not currently available for that address.

Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout after dispatch. Initial carrier events may be delayed. Email [email protected] as soon as possible to request an address change; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Where available, orders fulfilled through NØBRK's duty-paid international fulfillment channel have duties handled through that channel. Applicable sales tax, duties, and final charges are confirmed at checkout.

If NØBRK cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing time, NØBRK will notify the customer and offer the option to consent to a delay or cancel and receive a refund, as required by applicable law.
